To assist with your anxiety treatments at the London Anxiety Clinic in the UK, I want to share with you the symptoms associated with anxiety. Many clients ask about their anxiety symptoms and please note these will vary for each individual.

Physical symptoms of anxiety

  • Feeling faint or light headed

Anxiety Symptoms - Thoughts an emotions
